I had a really great experience at Castello Pizza & Gelato. The staff were so welcoming and even used my first name, which made it feel extra personal and friendly. This pizza is absolutely ridiculous!! As an American traveler in Oz my pizza experience has been less than satisfying... Until coming to Castello's. Let's put it this way, when I get a zza I'm looking for generous toppings and cheese and this 18" we got has enough on it to make 2, maybe 3 more pizzas. The flavors are amazing, customer service amazing, if Google had more stars I'd give them more stars! 11/10 will be back for more

⭐ 5 STAR RECOMMENDATION for Megan and the Team at Castello’s Pizza & Gelato ⭐ I would highly recommend Megan and her amazing team at Castello’s Pizza & Gelato any day! Megan assisted the Victoria U14 State Hockey Team with their meals throughout the week of the U14 National State Championships, and she truly went above and beyond to look after our boys. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, and gave them that extra oomph they needed to perform on the hockey field. The service was outstanding — quick, reliable, and full of care. Megan made sure every detail was taken care of, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I can confidently say that this is the kind of service that stands out in today’s world — genuine care, consistency, and excellence. Thank you, Megan, for your kindness, effort, and for taking such great care of our boys’ food needs. It made a real difference to their experience during the tournament!

Amazing experience. We were a large sporting team travelling interstate; Megan and Alastair went out of their way to help us. The food was delicious and filling - we ended up using the 3 times during the week for eat in and takeaway. The boys were really happy with their experience. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We ordered takeaway Delivery of the mammoth pizza fed 24 people and still had left overs. Flavours were the best. Definitely worth recommending.

We came and dined here last night my self my partner and 3 kids The service was amazing. we ordered 3 pizzas chips and a drink. We left with 1 1/2 pizzas and half the chips because the portions were so generous. The staff and owner were delightful and helpful. They checked to give us kids plates & offered tomato sauce for the todlers. When we were about to leave, the owner gave all the kids free gelato on the house. Amazing hospitality, we will definitely be back!
